This study aims to explore the benefits and pitfalls of ChatGPT in managing mental health, particularly with anxiety, stress, depression and feelings of negative emotions.

You must be an adult between 18 to 49 years old to participate in this study.
You use ChatGPT to help manage your mental health, particularly your stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness and/or other negative emotions.
This study involves an online interview about your mental health, particularly how you use ChatGPT to manage your mental health.
This study is looking for individuals who can openly participate in a 40- to 60-minute Zoom interview with the research team.
